Janine Smith - Ferndew Soaps

Statement

I’ve discovered that having unique, handmade soap in my home gives me the same comforting feeling I get from having unique pieces of art throughout.  It is truly special!

The lather and scents of handmade soap is an enjoyable bonus to each of my days; and I wish to share this!

My natural, cold processed soaps are designed and created one batch at a time.  After the process of saponifying lye, a natural bar of soap is created that contains olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, caster oils, and shea butter.  Adding mica colorants to create fun swirls and designs is my favorite step of creating soaps, and is probably why they feel like small works of art.  The essential oils and fragrance oils give each batch a splendid scent.

Each changing season brings new soap designs, scents, and new ideas!  Enjoy daily!
